We believe that food has the power to connect people no matter where they come from. Originally from Porto Alegre, Brazil, a city located at latitude 30 South, we wanted to bring one of the most famous foods from our country’s farmers markets directly to the United States: the Brazilian Pastel.

By definition, pastel is a food made of a crunchy flour-based dough that is shaped like an envelope, filled and then fried in canola oil. For us, pastel means a smile with every bite, so crack a smile with us and get to know the Brazilian Pastel.

Here's how it works:

We can either do an hourly rate to be at your event or a per person rate as well and are open to accommodating what works per event type!

We show up with our top of the line Food Truck with fresh, hand-made pastel and snacks and fry them up on the spot for the duration of your event.
